Whether you set it up yourself or we do, you get exactly the same shop. Nothing is locked behind "agency only", and the moment we hand it over you can change anything — colours, prices, products, whatever you want — without needing us at all.
No monthly fee, ever
You pay us once for the build. After that, keeping your shop online costs nothing. No subscription, no maintenance bill. If your first months are slow and you sell €0, your shop still stays open — that's the whole point.

We build it
We create your shop from your photos, prices, and descriptions. If anything's missing, we'll let you know what we need.
It's yours
We send a short written walkthrough — how to add a product, change a price, and read your orders. From that point on, the shop is fully yours.

What we do for you

- Google Search Console and Analytics set up, so you show up in search and can see your visitors

A few things you do (or don't get from us)
- Designing a logo. We'll build your shop around a logo you already have, but creating one from scratch isn't part of the setup.
- Organising your products into categories. You know your customers best, so you lead this — we'll offer a few suggestions, but the final structure is your call.
- Setting your tax rates. Tax rules differ by country and we don't know yours, so you tell us the rates and we'll plug them in.
- We use the features ZeroShop already has — no custom coding. If something you need isn't in the platform yet, we'll tell you upfront.
- Opening your Stripe account. It has to be in your name, so you do it. We'll guide you the whole way if it's your first time.
- Buying your web address (domain). Once you own it, we plug it into your shop for you.
- The day-to-day running — packing orders, replying to customers. That part is yours.
Questions you might have
Will my shop be different from one I built myself?
No, it's the exact same shop with the exact same features. The only difference is that we did the clicking instead of you.
I don't have a Stripe account — is that a problem?
Not at all. Stripe needs you to open the account in your own name, but we'll walk you through every step. Once it's ready, we plug it into your shop.
Can I change things myself once you're done?
Yes — the shop is fully yours. Update products, change colours, add new pages whenever you like. If you'd rather we make changes later, just ask.
Are there other fees on top of what I pay you?
Just ZeroShop's small fee on the sales you make — the same as if you'd built the shop yourself. No monthly subscription, no hidden charges.
My shop is going to be tiny at first. Is that fine?
Totally fine. Starting at €0 in sales is normal, and there's no monthly fee — so your shop stays online however slow your first months are.
What if I'm not sure what I want yet?
That's fine — even rough ideas are enough. Send what you have and we'll reply by email with questions until we both feel clear on what to build.
